Middleton-in-Teesdale and Newbiggin Parish Council

Decisions are made by full council at meetings open to the public.


The Council has only one committee, an advisory committee dealing with personnel/employment issues.

There are currently nine Parish Councillors covering the two wards of the Parish Council.

Judith has lived in Teesdale since 1989 and has held various roles with local organisations. In addition to running a print design and publishing business, Judith has also worked as a consumer champion in the postal, health and water industry sectors. She is proud to serve her local Council as Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer.
